Go to the Automations tab and click + Request Automation. Walk through the short wizard describing what you want it to do, and we'll scope it and build it on our side. You'll see an estimated ready time on the request and status updates as we work on it.
Open the Connected Apps tab and click + Connect App. Pick your app from the list, then sign in or paste credentials. Once it's connected, it's available for any of your automations to use.
Click any automation on the Automations tab to open its detail panel, where you can pause or resume it. For logic changes, send us a request with what you'd like changed — we'll update the workflow on our side.
Go to the Settings tab and scroll to Billing. Upgrades apply right away. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal — if you're moving to a plan with fewer automations, we'll have you pick which ones to keep before the change applies.
Most often it's a disconnected app — check the Connected Apps tab for any app marked as needing re-auth. If everything looks green and it's still stuck, reach out below and we'll investigate.
Open the Settings tab and click Edit next to your email or password. We'll email a code to confirm the change.
